How to use
Before shampooing, apply to wet or dry scalp. Massage in slow, circular motions for 30–60 seconds. Add water and smooth the product through lengths and ends. Leave on for 5–10 minutes, then rinse. Follow with Metagen Metabolic Shampoo. Use every other wash.

How to use
After shampooing, apply to the scalp and hair from roots through ends. For fine or oily hair, concentrate primarily on mid-lengths and ends. Leave on for 2–10 minutes. Comb through if desired, then rinse thoroughly.
